On-Site Project Management

Pre-engineered building erection is a special trade all its own, so here at JAK, we offer on-site project management to keep your mind at ease at all times.

This eliminates the blame game of responsibility and misunderstandings that often occur from buying a building from one company, then hiring a separate erection crew.

Qualified Building Erectors

The ability to fit cumbersome sheet metal trim is truly an art. Our erectors are well diversified in pre-engineered and structural projects.

If you find a need for an addition, it is possible to retro fit an entire project while you continue to operate your business.  

We Guarantee Quality

We offer an industry standard workmanship warranty which is generally only one year, but our customers enjoy service after the sale.
